getting started



How do you approach a fitness program? And one thats


right for you? In my case I came from a background of


athletics and martial arts so I wanted something constantly


challenging to compliment my past endeavours, so I chose


ross training first then made the transition to crossfit.When


I decided to make the move certain factors had to be in place


for this lifestyle change to take place: goal setting, stick with


ability and seeing my goals to the end.
